Buckley's Great Steaks has been serving award-winning steaks in the heart of Merrimack, NH since 2005. Chef/owners Michael and Sarah Buckley founded the restaurant with the single goal of serving the finest, most flavorful steaks imaginable. Like their other restaurants - Mike's Italian Kitchen, Surf Nashua, Surf Portsmouth and Surf Woburn and the most recent addition, Lost Cowboy Brewing Co. - Buckley's Great Steaks combines extraordinary food with a warm, inviting atmosphere.
Barback Job Responsibilities:
- Restocking liquor bottles, beer bottles / cans, and changing kegs.
- Learning cocktail prep / batch recipes and other menu items.
- Cleaning bar surfaces throughout the shift.
- Wiping down chairs, railings, and other high-touch surfaces.
- Removing and disposing of bags from trash receptacles in and around the bar area.
- Removing used glassware are other utensils from guests during their visit.
- Stocking bar items such as glassware, straws, toothpicks, napkins, garnishes, ice, towels, and cleaning supplies
