Cashier: About the cashier position:
Hours and Shifts: Weekend Shift
- Saturday: 4pm – 9pm
- Sunday: 11am – 9pm (1 hr. Lunch break from 3-4pm)
Hourly Pay: starting at $12
Job Description:
- Have a thorough knowledge and understanding of the menu items
- Manage all aspects of customer relationships: greet customers, take customer orders and process payments, with accuracy and attentiveness
- Process walk-in orders, pick-up orders, and online orders
- Confirm that all printed tickets sent to the kitchen are correct
- Confirm that all orders handed to the customers are correct
- Maintain the cleanliness of your personal work station. Restock and refill sauce packets, napkins, utensils, and other items.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the front-of-house (such as cleaning the tables in the dining room area and disposing any trash in the wait areas)
- Responsible for resolving customer service matters with professionalism
- Perform other duties as required or assigned
Qualification:
- Great listening, communication, and people skills
- Possess team-spirit and positive attitude
- Ability to adapt and learn quickly
- Food service or retail experience is preferred, but not required
- Please let us know if you have additional availability outside of your designated shift, in the event that we need you to take on additional shifts.
- Minimum age- 16 years of age
