QUINCY COMMUNITY SCHOOL DISTRICT
PART-TIME POSITION (APPROXIMATELY 27.5 HOURS PER WEEK)
TITLE: Part-Time Athletic Director Secretary/Office Support
REPORTS TO: Athletic Director/High School Principal
JOB GOAL: Performs secretarial duties that support the effective management of athletic operations and provide support for the high school office.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Typing and word processing skills.
- Knowledge of use of office equipment.
- Knowledge of proper office conduct and telephone procedures.
- Knowledge of filing and record keeping procedures.
- Strong skills in written and oral communications.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Initiative and ability to work without supervision.
- Ability to carry out directives, budget time, and prioritize and meet all responsibilities on schedule.
- Ability to organize varied materials and tasks in an efficient manner.
- A high school diploma or the equivalent is required; some formal office education/experience is desired but not necessary.
- Ability to demonstrate office skills.
- Willing to ask for and accept assistance when needed.
- Ability to work with others effectively.
- Other tasks as assigned.
