Key Responsibilities
- Operate Esco machinery following standard work instructions
- Load and unload parts and monitor machine cycles
- Perform basic visual and dimensional inspections
- Accurately record production and quality data
- Identify and report quality or equipment concerns
- Perform basic cleaning and light preventative maintenance
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Follow all safety, quality, and company procedures
- High school diploma or GED required
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
- Basic math skills (counting, measuring, simple calculations)
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift as required
- Manufacturing experience is a plus but not required
