Your mission: ensure our clients' instruments are spot-on accurate and reliable. Attention to detail, stellar organizational skills, and clear communication are your secret weapons.
RF Calibration Technician:
- Tackle calibration of RF/Microwave devices like Signal Generators, Spectrum Analyzers, Network Analyzers, Power Sensors, Power Meters, and more.
- Ensure precision in RF measurement equipment.
- Master the calibration of electronic and diagnostic instruments such as Digital Multimeters, Oscilloscopes, Hipot Testers, Frequency Counters, Power Supplies, and beyond.
- Guarantee accurate performance of electrical equipment.
- Calibrate primary, secondary, and/or working standards with finesse.
- Craft detailed calibration reports and certificates, keeping upper management in the loop about all thing’s calibration.
- Conduct regular equipment inspections, collaborate on calibration procedures for new gear, and keep the lab humming smoothly.
- Guide colleagues and clients on equipment operation and troubleshooting, maintaining impeccable records in line with ISO/IEC 17025 standards.
- Provide technical expertise during customer visits or audits, suggesting process improvements and participating in quality assurance.
- Stay savvy about safety protocols, ensuring a safe workspace for all.
Requirements and Skills:
- Calibration training is a must.
- Military PMEL / TMDE / DOD training is a major plus.
- Experience with precision measurement equipment.
- Proven experience with ISO 17025.
- Ready to travel locally for on-site calibration.
- Detail-oriented with a passion for error-free work.
- Excellent communicator and team player.
- Superb organizational, time management, and prioritization skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- U.S. Citizen or U.S. Permanent Resident Status required.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Pay: $30-$75/hour DOE
