Job Title:
Customer Care Associate (full-time)
$1000 Signing Bonus after successful completion of 90 days!
Shift 9:00 am - 6:00 pm
Location: Ann Arbor (office); WFH hybrid eligibility based on performance after six months

We are searching for a full-time Customer Care Associate (CCA) who excels at communicating effectively and has a passion for providing exceptional customer service. In the CCA role, you will act as the hub of our operations - connecting the Sales, Warehouse, Customer Service, Quality and Finance functions. As a vital member of our start up team, you will wear different hats - providing support to multiple sides of the business.

Position Responsibilities:
- Customer Service and Sales Support – Both internal and external customer service is a critical component of this role. The CCA supports our sales team providing product information and support, generating sales quotes, sending demo and evaluation products to reps and customers, and generating sales metrics/reports. This position is heavily phone based and strong Excel skills are preferred.
- The CCA is highly informed about our products: answers client questions in a timely manner specifically regarding product specifics, connecting with sales representatives, ordering and receiving products.
- Sales representatives are highly dependent on the CCA – The CCA is responsible for sending samples to customers, remitting invoices, taking payment.
- Order Fulfillment – The CCA will take orders from customers, set up and monitor accounts, and work with the fulfillment team to ensure timely delivery to the customer. The CCA will also work closely with the Customer Service Manager to ensure excellent customer experiences.
- Ideal candidates will have previous database experience (QuickBooks, SAP, Kronos, Oracle),
- Experience with customer order entry system(s) preferred, but not required (training is available if needed).
- General Support– Finally, the CCA will interface with the management team, supporting ad hoc requests. The CCA will also float to cover functions that require additional support from time to time.
- CCA’s excel at effective prioritization and completion of critical tasks with urgency.
- They have strong critical thinking skills and an acute ability to make logical decisions with confidence.
- They are flexible and enthusiastic about working in a fast paced, team-oriented work environment.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience demonstrating relationship building in a professional setting required
- Minimum of two years’ Customer Care experience, preferably in a medical device environment
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills (written and spoken) preferred.
- Excellent customer service skills and an ability to develop relationships with people easily – both internal and external to the organization
- Competent operating in Excel and general technical proficiency required
- Database experience required, SAP experience preferred
- Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred
