SUMMARY
Our Sales Executives are driven to achieve more, move fast and win! The SE team is responsible for
building and managing a portfolio of clients and prospects. This means hitting the phones, getting in front of stakeholders and always driving to not just close the deal, but to open the door to new sales.
Our SE team is always focused on what is right for the client, for their company and for themselves.
We’ll supply you with all the tools, training & support you need to win, all while you’ll be building and managing your book of business, directly influencing your (substantial) earnings.
Responsibilities
• Driving new business via phone and live meetings with industry contacts
• Converting warm leads and every sales opportunity
• Attention to detail - Organizational skills while working in a fast-paced environment are going to
be critical not only for your success but for those of the recruiting team supporting you
• Positive attitude - working closely with internal recruiters to find & fill job orders
• Behaving ethically & responsibly – We all want to chase the next sale, but not at the expense of
our integrity
Knowledge and Skill Requirements
• Must be a hunter comfortable heavy phone sales and live appointments
• 4 years of B2B Sales experience – Any industry, staffing preferred
• BA/BS/MBA preferred
• Demonstrated ability to land and expand accounts
