What are the responsibilities and job description for the Industrial Engineer position at MicroMetl Corporation?
This position oversees the development and implementation of manufacturing processes to maintain proper functionality as well as cost efficiency; ensures the manufacturing and engineering teams work together cohesively and is responsible for the development of equipment to aid in the manufacturing process.
Ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in industrial/manufacturing engineering
10 years of experience in industrial/manufacturing engineering
Possess extensive experience in Lean Manufacturing
Preferred: Six Sigma, Process Optimization, Root Cause Analysis, and Project Management experience
This position qualifies for a sign-on bonus. Salary is up to $115,000 DOE.
