As a Business Systems Analyst for SpecTek, you will be responsible for performing maintenance on applications and documents used to manage and support MAM, SAP, Bill of Materials (BOM), Marketing Part Numbers (MPN), Product Names/Product ID’s, FGPNs, APNs, and PPRTs.
Responsibilities include: Configure and Maintain MAM Documents Globally for ASM, MOD, and TEST Systems. Utilize MAM tools, documents, and functionality to provide quality solutions to SpecTek departments. Create and maintain MAM Bill of Materials (BOMs) for SpecTek Modules. Ensure that requests for production related changes comply with GDRDS, Build Matrices and the SpecTek Roadmaps. Analyze potential effects on other departments before deploying solutions. Complete designated PCN, GDRDS, and SLR Roadmap updates in a timely manner. Audit MAM documents to ensure they accurately support the SpecTek reference documents. Systematically prepare the sites for their monthly physical audits. Complete MAM system/site WIP audits to confirm lots are in compliance with SpecTek reference documents. Follow Global Documentation standards when needing a new attribute value. Create new Micron Systems in ClearQuest as needed for new Error Types. Maintain Areas, Error Types, Distribution Lists, and Attributes to Display for our various customers. Follow SBS Guidelines, when available, to troubleshoot and address CQ issues.
Create and maintain SAP material numbers for SpecTek product globally. Provide on-going SpecTek MPN support by updating values, extending, obsoleting, etc., as needed in SAP. Update TR and DP Box Qtys, and Default Market Segment values as needed.
Develop and maintain product and mark code matrices. Provide part number creation and obsolescence reports to Sales and SpecTek teams. Monitor BU assignment changes, update SpecTek BU documents and notify affected team members. Manage all SBS documents in the STEDC/Bus Ops Systems SharePoint Library.
Communicate information in an organized and professional way. Ensure excellent customer service by providing detailed, accurate, and complete information in a timely manner.
