- Enrolled in a program to obtain a Bachelor's degree or MS in Electrical or Computer Engineering
- Course work in VLSI, semiconductor process, Python and C/C are required for some roles
- For senior level positions, industry experience in semiconductor/memory product engineering
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- The ability to work in a team environment
- Good communication skills
- Self-motivation and enthusiasm
