Front Desk Agent / Receptionist
We are seeking a qualified front desk agent with a high level of professionalism and effective decision making .
Applicant must have strong interpersonal and administrative skills.
Key Requirements:

- Successful history as a front desk agent or related hospitality experience
- Must have a flexible work schedule
- Task-driven and self-managed individual
Responsibilities:
- Register & process guests and their assigned rooms
- Accommodate guest requests
- Communicating with hotel staff on the status of guest rooms
- Up Selling guest rooms and promoting hotel services
- Handling cash payments
- Maintain a clean and neat front desk area
- Other responsibilities as directed by the General Manager

Pay: $9.50 - $10.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16 – 24 per week

- Jacksonville, NC 28546: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
- Hotel experience: 1 year (Preferred)
