Job Summary:
- To assist Student Accounts & Cashiers Office personnel to ensure smooth operation of office and provide the highest level of customer service possible.
- Preference for work schedule availability Monday, Tuesday and Thursday, Friday over the lunch hours or afternoons.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Accurate and timely filing
- Photocopying as necessary
- Assembling packets/booklets/handouts
- Occasionally sorting mail
- Data entry/typing of various forms via computer keypad and typewriter.
- General office tasks that may include - tidying office space, vacuuming, shredding, etc.
