- Greet and assist patients with check-in and check-out procedures
- Schedule patient appointments and follow-up visits
- Manage patient records and ensure accuracy in documentation
- Coordinate with medical staff to provide excellent patient care
- Handle inquiries from patients regarding services and appointments
- Utilize electronic health record systems such as eClinicalWorks and Epic
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment
Experience:
- Previous experience in a medical office setting is preferred
- Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
- Familiarity with handling patient records and confidentiality protocols
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills and customer service orientation
- Experience in emergency room (ER) or urgent care settings is a plus
