THE POSITION…

As a Communications Coordinator, you will provide project management and administrative support to the Director of Communications and Advertising and Public Relations department. To be successful in this role, you will need to work independently to ensure all marketing projects run smoothly, meet deadlines and reduce the number of variables that affect deliverables. THIS POSITION MAY BE FOR YOU IF…

  • You have a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design or related field.
  • You have a minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
  • You have strong database, spreadsheet, and list management skills.
  • You are proficient with Microsoft Office.
  • You are extremely organized, detail oriented and accurate.
  • You can multi-task and proactively take on new challenges.
  • You are a problem-solver with critical thinking and prioritizing skills.
  • You have excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.

WE WOULD REALLY LIKE IT IF… (but it’s not a deal breaker)

  • You have marketing/advertising industry experience.
  • You have Macintosh platform, OS X experience.
  • You have working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (CC): Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop.
  • You have a general understanding of press-ready artwork, offset (press) and digital printing processes.


WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM ONE DAY TO THE NEXT…

  • Serve as liaison between the Advertising department, third-party resources and other
    internal departments
  • Coordinate the accurate and efficient completion of all marketing projects within the department and with third-party resources, including printers, post mail, and email service providers
  • Coordinate the production and distribution of annual catalogs
  • Manage marketing material inventory
  • Manage third-party point-of-sale displays and accompanying marketing material
  • Generate targeted mailing lists, Marketing Campaigns and Activities via Microsoft D365,
    HubSpot and other third-party tools
  • Complete e-commerce updates; add/remove/edit part numbers and product descriptions
    via Microsoft D365
  • Maintain the integrity of the company’s customer database; manage returned mail, unsubscribes, and contact updates
  • Create media kits for trade shows and industry events
  • Distribute company logos and product photos to the media, distributors, and dealers
  • Communicate marketing updates to company leadership and employees

Salary : $40,100 - $50,800
