Our busy pipeline company is seeking an experienced Fiber Splicer to join our team of construction professionals. The ideal candidates will have 5 years of experience in the Telecommunications field. If you are looking to work alongside some of the best in the industry, please apply today!
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Splicing loose tube fiber
- Splicing ribbon fiber
- Perform testing OTDR and maintaining documents.
- Troubleshooting fiber networks
- Case audits
- Work in a team environment.
- On call rotation for emergency work / repair.
- Proficient in using EXFO and Fujikura products.
- Build splice cases to our standards and customers.
