Key Responsibilities:
- Adhere to all safety policies, procedures, and guidelines, always ensuring a safe working environment.
- Support the operation of extrusion lines, including troubleshooting mechanical issues, executing work instructions, to meet production targets
- Safely operate forklifts for material transport and manage inventory, ensuring that materials are readily available for production needs.
- Perform quality checks on finished products, ensuring they meet the required specifications before shipment.
- Engage in general housekeeping and maintenance duties to maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Actively participate in safety and improvement processes, providing feedback and suggestions for enhancing operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred, with a willingness to learn and grow in the role.
- Forklift operation certification or the ability to obtain certification upon hire.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills, with a focus on quality and safety.
- Basic mathematical and reading comprehension skills.
- Ability to adhere to work and shift schedules, with readiness for training in specific areas as required.
