What are the responsibilities and job description for the Service Technician and Installer position at Mid-State Truck Equipment?
Mid-State Truck is seeking a Truck Equipment Technician Mechanic/Installer to become a part of our team! You will be responsible for the installation and repair of various Truck, Turf and Snow Equipment, on trucks of all size and purpose.
Responsibilities:(but not limited too)
- Perform minor and major repairs and Installation on all lines of Truck Equipment, Snow and Ice removal Equipment and Turf Equipment for which we are a distributor.
- Conduct maintenance on service trucks, including inspections
- Collaborate with team to diagnose problems with vehicles and plan repairs and installations
- Maintain accurate records of each repair performed on vehicle
- Have One year of Experience
- Work well with others
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
Qualifications:
Ideal candidates for this Technician opening will have
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and handle physical workload
- Ability to pass a background check and drug test
- Must have own tools
- Experience with Truck Equipment, Turf and Snowplow Equipment is a plus
- Experience in welding is a plus
- Punctuality, strong work ethic, own transportation, cleanliness, and organization
