Group of 5 busy automotive repair shops within CT with the strong possibility of more shops being added on in the near future.
Job Description:
The right candidate will have a strong entrepreneurial mentality and will be tasked with finding the Manager/Face of the locations they oversee. Candidate will be directly interacting with customers as well as coaching and leading their direct reports and teams. Management experience in the automotive industry a plus but willing to train the right candidate. A proven track record of increasing sales is a must for this position. Deep understanding of accountability in the work place and leading from the front is a must.
Candidate will need to be a self starter who takes responsibility for their locations and drives results. A strong background in sales and customer service will translate well. Automotive Management experience strongly recommended but not required.
Pay:
Year 1 earning potential: $80,000-$130,000
Base salary with commission and bonus'
Performance based pay scale
Schedule:
5 day work week
Saturdays are a requirement
Some holidays required
