What You’ll Do:
As an Automotive Technician-in-Training, you’ll learn hands-on from seasoned experts and gradually take on responsibility for:
- Performing diagnostics using advanced computer systems
- Tire services and tire repair
- Heating, air conditioning, steering, and suspension work
- Repairing belts, hoses, brakes, and radiators
- Handling oil changes, batteries, and exhaust systems
- Performing safety inspections and resolving check engine light issues
Qualifications:
- Some automotive experience preferred (but not required)
- Valid driver’s license
- Own tools/equipment (we offer a tool package with payroll reimbursement if needed)
- High School Diploma or equivalent; enrollment in a technical degree program is a plus
- A strong work ethic and high productivity
- Willingness to learn and take direction from senior technicians
- Commitment to growing your skills and embracing mentorship
