Responsibilities
- Developing, maintaining, and executing recipes, and training staff to do the same
- Cooking and preparing food according to recipes while working a station on the line
- Placing truck orders from vendors and working directly with vendor reps
- Assisting the general manager in running the day-to-day operations of the restaurant
- Creating the back-of-house schedule under the guidance of the general manager
- Training and developing employees, and conducting corrective action when neccessary
- Planning and executing catering events for groups of 40-240
- Maintaining a clean, organized kitchen and training staff to do the same
- Creating, maintaining, and following all allergen and food safety protocols
- Assisting the back of house team with prep and dishwashing duties as needed
Qualifications
- Friendly, team-oriented personality
- Ability to listen and communicate effectively
- Willingness to learn new skills and receptive to feedback
- Desire to be a part of a great team in a fun environment
- At least one year of full-service kitchen experience required
- At least one year of leadership experience required
- Must be at least eighteen years old
