Position Summary:

Exciting Opportunity for Content Developer and Marketing Analyst!

The Content Developer and Marketing Analyst develops and updates the content of the organization’s website to accurately and timely portray Health System services and providers to the community we serve.

• Create, update, and manage consumer-friendly website content using clinical research, SEO best practices, and collaboration with medical experts ensuring accuracy, accessibility, and alignment with brand goals.

• Partner with internal teams, as well as vendors, to enhance website functionality, improve UX,

• increase ease of consumer action and track performance.

• Assist with data-driven marketing campaigns through the Epic Cheers platform and analyze performance to measure ROI.

• Assist video, web integrations, and CMS enhancements, as well as assist the in-house team with content creation.

• Perform routine content QA and respond to internal/external content requests.

• Serve as the in-house expert on the website content management system and analytics

Minimum Qualifications:

• 3-5 years’ experience in marketing and web content development, medical writing, or related experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing or a related field

• Ability to translate technical medical concepts and conditions accurately and empathetically.

• Exceptional writing, proofreading and organizational skills

• Ability to conduct research on new subject matter

• Strong communication skills

• Knowledge of website content management systems

• Basic understanding of HTML

• Familiarity with search Engine Optimization (SEO) best practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Advanced degree preferred (e.g., MS, MA, MPH) or equivalent experience in life science, healthcare, communications, journalism, or medical/science writing
