Department: Surgical Inventory Specialist
Hours: Full-Time/40 hours
Shift: Days, 1st Shift
Position Summary:
Responsible for the ongoing maintenance of the surgical case cart inventory supplies for multiple departments. Acts as a key resource to the Surgical Inventory Analyst and coordinates tasks of Surgical Inventory Assistant.
Minimum Requirements:
High school diploma, or equivalent
Good manual dexterity
Ability to read and write English
Ability to lift in excess of 25-50 lbs
Previous inventory experience .
Ability to work in a team environment
Good communication skills
Preferred Skills:
Previous hospital inventory experience
Computer skills, Google Lawson, Surginet, Cerner
Ability to stay organized and to be self sufficient on a daily basis
Ability to use inventory skills to optimize on hand quantities of supplies
