Relationship Bankers perform the following functions:
- Provide excellent service by opening and servicing accounts and loans as well as answering questions in a prompt and professional manner
- Complete signature card, loan, IRA, and other documentation in a timely and accurate manner
- Improve the financial well being of our members by offering products and services to save time and money
- Assist the management team with any branch function as assigned, including teller transactions, ATM, night drop, branch opening, and branch closing procedures
Qualified candidates will possess:
- Excellent service and communication skills
- A history of meeting or exceeding sales expectations
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience, including teller, new accounts, and lending
- Familiarity with credit union and/or banking regulations
- Meet the eligibility requirements of the SAFE Act to be registered as a MLO with NMLS
- High school diploma or equivalent is required; Associate's Degree in business related field preferred
