Summary:
The Medical Records Support Specialist will play a crucial role in supporting the PACE (Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly) team by focusing primarily on physician orders, auditing charts, and providing assistance to the interdisciplinary team (IDT). They will ensure accurate data entry and maintenance of the Electronic Documentation System (EDS) and files, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Pay range starting at $14.50/hour - Pay based on experience
Employment Status: Full-Time | Monday - Friday - 8:00 am -5:00 pm

Qualifications
Required: High School Graduate or equivalent. Good communication and advanced data entry skills required. High degree of proficiency with MS Office products. Ability to multi-task and be a team player. Must possess valid Kansas Drivers License, in force automobile liability insurance and maintain a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) that meets organizations insurability standard as defined by Midland policy.
Preferred: Experience in a health care setting and experience with medical terminology.
