```Duties```
- Assist the lead teacher in implementing lesson plans and educational activities for children in the classroom.
- Provide support and supervision to children during daily routines, including mealtime, naptime, and outdoor play.
- Foster a positive and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow.
- Assist with behavior management strategies to promote a safe and respectful classroom environment.
- Collaborate with the lead teacher to assess individual student progress and provide feedback to parents/guardians.
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment.
```Experience```
- Previous experience working with toddlers or preschool-aged children is preferred.
- Knowledge of childhood development principles and practices.
- Familiarity with behavior management techniques.
- Experience in special education or working with children with special needs is a plus.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents/guardians, and other staff members.
- Ability to assist with lesson planning and curriculum implementation.
