Midtown Home Improvements is searching for a Canvassing Director to join our growing team.
Job Responsibilities:
-Recruit, train, hire and monitor performance of a team of door to door marketers.
- Work in field as needed while building marketing team
- Set goals and monitor performance of team

Salary & Benefits:
- First year earnings $65,000-$85,000, $100,000 after first year
- Base pay of $50.000 Commission and Bonuses
