What You’ll Do
- Guide customers through buying or leasing new and pre-owned vehicles
- Build trust by listening first and recommending the right fit
- Demonstrate vehicle features, options, and benefits
- Coordinate test drives
- Work closely with managers and F&I to close deals
- Deliver vehicles and create an outstanding experience
- Follow up after the sale and grow your book of business
- Stay sharp with training, product knowledge, and compliance

Requirements:Job Qualifications
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES)
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year relevant sales or customer service experience
- Valid driver’s license with satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR)
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Previous work experience working directly with the public, selling or influencing others, establishing and maintaining interpersonal relationships, and communicating with persons outside the organization via phone, face-to-face, email and/or social media.
- Attention to detail
- Customer-focused with the ability to communicate directly with customers, explaining vehicle details, recommendations and costs
- Using computers and computer systems (including hardware and software) to enter data and process information
- Cooperative spirit that requires being pleasant with others on the job and displaying good-natured, cooperative attitude; being sensitive to other’s needs and feelings while being understanding and helpful
- Professional appearance and work ethic
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and ability to work within a fast-paced environment
