Job Description

Job Title : Frontline

Pay : Based on location, experience, and qualifications.

Job Type : Full-Time / Part-Time

Work Location : In person

Purpose of the Position :

To ensure excellent customer service and maintain the speed and accuracy of orders.
To support kitchen staff in preparing meals according to Hardee's standards.
To maintain cleanliness and organization at the front counter or kitchen.

General to the Role :

Provides prompt and courteous customer service.

Responsible for taking orders accurately and handling payments.

Prepares food and ensures top quality standards are met.

Maintains the cleanliness and organization of the service and dining areas.

Assists in the training and development of new employees.

Follows Hardee's policies and standards regarding food safety and hygiene.

Supports the team in ensuring efficient operations during shifts.

Performs other duties as assigned to ensure the smooth operation of the restaurant.

Capable of working quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Detail-oriented with a focus on providing quality customer service.

Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Willing to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Prior experience in fast food or customer service is preferred but not required.

Basic math skills for handling cash transactions.

Ability to learn and use point-of-sale (POS) software.

No minimum education requirement : training is provided on the job.
