We’re hiring an experienced Earthworks Technical Engineer to support a large-scale infrastructure project. In this role, you'll work in a collaborative, multi-disciplinary environment supporting the design review and construction phases of civil works such as earthworks, drainage, roadways, and more.

Key Responsibilities:
- Review and analyze design drawings, shop drawings, specifications, calculations, and bill of quantities (BOQ)
- Identify and recommend constructability improvements, value-engineering opportunities, and design optimizations
- Provide technical support during construction, including the preparation of RFIs to resolve issues in the field
- Attend and contribute to technical coordination meetings with designers, engineers, and subcontractors
- Conduct onsite inspections to address potential technical or construction issues
- Work closely with Survey and CAD teams to develop, review, and finalize as-built/redline drawings
- Assist in preparing documentation for construction certificates and final handover packages
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate submission of technical information
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (or related discipline)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a contractor’s technical department, preferably with focus on earthworks, drainage, or roadway projects
- Strong understanding of design review processes, RFIs, and construction support
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and AutoCAD
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage competing deadlines in a high-paced environment
Preferred Experience:
- Experience working on large civil infrastructure or heavy construction projects
- Familiarity with geotechnical and drainage design principles
- Knowledge of construction documentation and as-built drawing processes
