Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Develop and maintain good customer and vendor relationships
- Effectively communicate with all parties in the transaction
- Work with other title companies on split closings
- Generating real estate closing documents
- Knowledge of TRID guidelines including CD preparation
- Review and understand purchase agreements
- Review and satisfy all conditions required for closing
- Strong computer skills
Certifications and Skills that set an applicant apart:
- Knowledge of Qualia
- Title Producers license
- Notary Public
