Job Summary
Our employees are responsible for assessing our customer’s needs and creating a one of a kind shopping experience. They should be able to fulfill our customer’s individual or group orders, be able to answer questions about featured products and brands, and guarantee an overall satisfaction rating.
Key Responsibilities and Duties:
- Drive in store and online sales
- Cross sell various items/brands and create outfits/looks
- Must obtain knowledge about products and be able to effectively answer customer’s questions
- Model excellent customer service in stores, via email or telephone, and online
- Perform miscellaneous administrative duties including: answering telephones, managing emails, fulfilling internet orders, checking in new merchandise, and calling vendors, to name a few
- Computer skills required for further data entry
- Ring sales, receive and process cash/credit payments, balancing cash drawer, and making deposits
- Demonstrate interpersonal and communication skills and an overall friendly demeanor
- Build trusting relationships with customers
- Work alongside other like-minded individuals in order to create a cohesive working environment
- Complete all work-related tasks in accordance to policy and procedure
- Ensure a cleanly environment in the store and dressing rooms
- Must have reliable transportation in order to ensure timeliness'
