The Commercial Loan Processor I, processes compliant commercial loan documentation following industry and MidWestOne best practices.
Responsibilities
- Process commercial loan documentation following MidWestOne Loan Policy and best practices.
- Assist SBA Department with documentation requests.
- Assist Lenders and Loan Servicing Staff with compliance, policy, and best practices requirements.
- Review incoming loan requests for completeness and data accuracy.
- Use the loan document imaging system to validate information on loan requests.
- Perform pre-closing compliance reviews including, but not limited to Flood, Reg B, HMDA, CRA, Beneficial Ownership, and CIP.
- Verify loan approval prior to producing loan documentation.
- Document transaction notes to be used in loan documentation upload.
- Other duties may be assigned.

Qualifications
- Associate’s degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year College or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
