Migis Lodge on Sebago Lake is a seasonal resort that offers a unique experience for guests. We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our Food & Beverage team as Bar Servers.
Job Summary
As a Bar Server, you will be working closely with our bartender and other members of the Food & Beverage team to ensure that our guests have an exceptional dining experience. Your responsibilities will include stocking the bar, cleaning tables and the bar area, and handling cash and credit transactions.
We offer a competitive hourly rate of $15-$16 per hour, depending on experience, plus an additional 7% incentive payment of total wages. Part-time and full-time positions are available, with a minimum of 20 hours per week and 4 nights per week required.
Key Responsibilities
- Stocking the bar and cleaning tables and the bar area
- Handling cash and credit transactions
- Providing excellent customer service to guests
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to communicate in English, both orally and written
- Ability to work as part of a team
