House Cleaner - Team Lead Trainee

Pay:

• Probation pay: $17.00 per cleaning hour. $8.00 per non-cleaning hour, the training period is up to two weeks depending on your performance (no salary during training period).
• Training pay: $700.00 per week for first three months of employment.
• After training: $750.00 per week after passing the three month training period
• $800.00 per week after six months of employment

Work schedule:

• 5 days a week.
• Weekends are optional if you'd like to pick up more hours.
• 6-8.5 hour shifts depending on the schedule.
• Arrival time at the office between 8:20 AM and 8:35 AM.
• Possibility to finish earlier or later on some days, later start will require a later end time.

Responsibilities:

• Cleaning Duties: Perform hands-on cleaning tasks alongside the team, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and efficiency.
• Team Management: Supervise and guide cleaning staff to ensure high standards of cleanliness and efficiency in every project.
• Training: Train new cleaners on cleaning procedures.
• Customer Relations: Address and resolve any client concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.
• Resource Management: Oversee the your team's inventory and proper use of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring they are maintained and replenished as needed.
• Communication: Serve as a liaison between the cleaning team and management.
• Problem-Solving: Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise within the team or with clients effectively.
• Reporting: Prepare reports on team performance, and any issues encountered for management review.
• Vehicle Operation: Drive the company vehicle to transport cleaning staff and equipment to job sites.

Job Requirements:

• Must be flexible with the schedule
• Residential cleaning experience is required.
• Ability to commute to our office in Southlake on each working day (Monday to Friday)
• Valid Drivers license
• Speaks English.
• Must be legal to work in the US
• All potential employees must complete a satisfactory background check.
