Server Responsibilities:
- Greeting guests in a friendly and courteous manner, making them feel welcome and appreciated
- Engage with our guests to ensure their dining experience exceeds their expectation
- Being attentive to the guests needs and requests
- Finding ways to create a memorable culinary event
- Taking orders and ensuring the order arrives correctly at the table
- Communicate menu item ingredients, being knowledgeable about food allergens
- Replenishes beverages, frequently checking back with guest to inquire about satisfaction
- Checking and maintains proper set-up and cleanliness of service station before, during and after shift
- Assist with cleaning up
Qualifications
- Previous 2 years of serving experience in a dining restaurant required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required
- Must be available to work mornings and weekends
Salary : $40,800 - $51,700
