What are the responsibilities and job description for the Director of Construction Management position at Milhouse Engineering & Construction?
As the Director of Construction Management you will be an integral member of our Leadership team in successfully developing and executing projects within the Construction industry to further strengthen the efforts of our highly skilled engineering team.
You will have total ownership of the construction group’s project management including project deliverables, budgets, quality assurance and schedule whilst leading ongoing staff development and retention efforts. You will establish goals, priorities, and objectives; as well as develop and manage guidelines, policies and procedures. In addition, you will be responsible for business development for construction management and construction administration opportunities on both horizontal and vertical projects in both the public and the private sector market in collaboration with the business development and executive teams to drive profitability.
