The diesel technician performs preventive maintenance services, inspections, diagnostics and repairs to diesel vehicles and equipment.
- Hydraulic diagnostics and repair.
- Electrical diagnostics and repair.
- Machine inspection and services.
- Provide excellent customer service and satisfaction to all customers.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Mechanical Knowledge: 3 years (required) working knowledge of transmissions, hydraulics, track systems, undercarriage, electrical and fuel systems.
- 3 years of Diesel Mechanic experience required.
- Experience with AC and Electrical.
- Must be able to handle major repairs.
- Strong communication, organized, energetic, motivated, creative, ability to think critically and solve problems.
- Valid Driver's License
- High School Diploma, Vocational, or GED.
- Ability to pass a drug test.
