JOB TITLE: Maintenance Account Manager
Full-Time Hourly Employee, Vacation and Health Insurance Benefits
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Position reports to Maintenance Department Manager
- Professionally represent Mill Brothers Landscape Group in all activities
- Understand and enforce Mill Brothers Landscape Group safety and operational policies
- Manage customer accounts for landscape maintenance and snow removal operations
- Work closely with customers, property managers, and developers to ensure customer satisfaction
- Inspect accounts regularly to identify and communicate concerns with customers and provide solutions
- Engage customers in upsale and property enhancement opportunities
- Generate property enhancement proposals and billings
- Utilize existing customer relationships, as well as prospect for additional landscape maintenance contract sales opportunities
- Schedule and coordinate the daily activities of your team of Irrigation Technicians
- Communicate with Production Manager matters relating to daily on-site operations
- This position requires occasional evening, night, and weekend availability for customer meetings and snow removal operations.
- Coordinate and participate in snow removal operations on your properties
- Other duties, as deemed necessary by Management, to meet Mill Brothers Landscape Group’s sales, production, and revenue goals
BASIC REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong verbal and written communications skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook and ability to learn industry specific software
- Excellent customer service skills
- Positive attitude and a solutions-based approach when problems arise
- Ability to work in a fast-paced management environment
- Must be able to lift 50lbs regularly and 75lbs occasionally
- Must be able to occasionally work shifts of 12 hours for snow removal
- Must have a valid driver’s license and be accepted to operate Company vehicles by Mill Brothers Landscape Group’s insurance carrier as a condition of employment
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
- Customer service experience
- Ability and willingness to learn new skills and information
- Account management experience – preferred
- Sales experience – preferred
- 3-years industry experience or similar education – preferred
COMPENSATION:
- Compensation: $26.00-30.00 enhancement sales commission
- Paid Vacation: 10 Days (prorated) per calendar year
- Benefits: 50% Company funded health insurance
- Dental, Vision, and Accident insurance are available
- Paid Holidays: Company recognized holidays (Christmas, New Year’s, Memorial Day, Labor Day, and Thanksgiving)
- Company Vehicle: For work-related activities during and outside of regular business hours
