Who Are We Looking For?
Mill Creek Academy is looking for experienced, dedicated educators who are passionate about investing in the lives of children. If you are a collaborative, early childhood educator looking for somewhere to invest and grow, we want to speak with you!
What You’ll Do:
- Work with Lead Teacher to implement daily operations of the classroom
- Establish relationships with children and families in your assigned classroom
- Provide a positive, caring, consistent environment for the children in your care
What You’ll Need:
- To have at least 1 year experience in a center setting
- To be at least 18 Years of age
- High School Diploma - any ECE credits a plus!
- To be capable of meeting the physical demands of working with children
- To complete the following trainings/ requirements:
- CPR and First Aid
- Comprehensive Background Check
- Health and Safety Training
- 10 annual Training Hours
- Annual TB Test and Physical
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $12.00 per hour
