What are the responsibilities and job description for the Rental/Leasing Front Desk Agent position at Millenium Auto Share?
We are looking for a Front Desk Associate for our leasing car company located in Draper, UT. Full time position, 9am-5pm Monday-Friday every week, closed on weekends. 21 years old, must have a clean diving record and reliable transportation to and from work.
Front desk duties include: Signing up new rentals, answering phone calls, replying to customer emails, checking and verifying ID, and running driving records.
On top of Front Desk Agent duties we are looking for someone specifically to handle maintenance appointments and phone calls to help assist our customers in coordinating directly with our mechanics to assure repairs in an organized and timely fashion.
Customer service experience preferred but not mandatory. Need someone who's a great team worker and will help get cars out for rent!
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.50 per hour
