POSITION SUMMARY
As a Service Advisor at Millennium Auto Group, you will be tasked with ensuring a smooth and positive experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include scheduling and preparing appointments, achieving set goals, and providing excellent customer service. While prior sales experience is beneficial, it's not required. Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills are essential, and your willingness to follow up with customers will be crucial.

OBJECTIVES
● Schedule, confirm, and prepare appointments with customers for a positive service experience.
● Achieve or surpass targeted sales goals and customer satisfaction index.
● Welcome customers warmly upon their arrival.
● Assess vehicle needs through customer information, vehicle walk-arounds, inspections, and test drives.
● Employ a consultative selling process to help customers plan for ongoing vehicle maintenance.
● Create transparent repair orders, including cost and time estimates, for customers.
● Maintain regular communication with technicians and parts associates for timely task completion.
● Follow up with customers on their vehicle's status based on their preferred communication method.
● Conduct post-service follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction.
● Acquire in-depth product knowledge to effectively assist customers.
● Provide an exceptional customer experience to build loyalty.
COMPETENCIES
● Demonstrated capacity to deliver an outstanding customer experience Capability to establish and attain specific goals
● Ability to generate engaging content ideas and approaches
● While prior sales experience is advantageous, it is not mandatory Evidenced proficiency in communication, consultative, interpersonal, and organizational skills
● Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
● Possession of a valid in-state driver’s license and a satisfactory, safe driving record
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
● High school diploma or equivalent
● Proven experience in customer service in the automotive industry preferred

● Ability to spend prolonged periods of time sitting
