Duties
- Travel to multiple offices through out five boroughs, i.e. Brooklyn, Queens, Bronx & NYC.
- Perform thorough cleaning of floors, restrooms, offices, hallways, and common areas using appropriate cleaning tools and techniques.
- Conduct custodial tasks such as dusting, trash removal, window washing, and surface sanitizing to ensure a pristine environment.
- Operate floor care equipment including buffers and polishers to maintain high-quality flooring standards.
- Maintain cleaning supplies inventory, restock materials, and ensure all equipment is properly maintained for optimal performance.
- Follow safety protocols during all cleaning activities to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with health regulations.
Skills
- Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or custodial services within commercial or industrial settings.
- Strong knowledge of floor care techniques including buffing, stripping, sealing, and polishing floors.
- Familiarity with residential painting or general facilities maintenance is a plus.
- Ability to operate cleaning machinery safely and efficiently; experience with industrial cleaning tools is advantageous.
- Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards.
- Good physical stamina for standing, bending, lifting, and performing repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
