- Collaborate with the culinary team to create customized menus and ensure high-quality food presentation
- Coordinate logistics for catering events, including staffing, equipment rentals, and transportation
- Oversee the execution of catering events to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction
- Monitor financial performance by analyzing sales data, controlling costs, and maximizing profitability
- Provide leadership and guidance to the catering team, fostering a positive work environment
Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer service, technical sales, or business development within the catering industry
- Strong knowledge of the local market and industry trends
- Demonstrated success in outside sales and account management
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in sales software such as Salesforce is preferred
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
