Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our product sales & rental team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities through outbound calling, nurturing leads, and developing strong relationships with clients. The position will also field and manage inbound requests. This role requires excellent communication skills and a passion for industrial sales, as you will be promoting our innovative products to potential customers, and increase sales with existing accounts.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to generate leads and set appointments
- Utilize CRM software to manage customer interactions and track sales activities
- Engage in warm calling to follow up on leads generated from marketing efforts
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients through effective communication and customer service
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns
- Negotiate terms and close sales deals while ensuring customer satisfaction
- Provide technical product knowledge to assist clients in making informed purchasing decisions
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in Salesforce
- Participate in business development initiatives to expand market reach
Skills
- Proven experience in B2B sales or inside sales
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
- Familiarity with CRM software, particularly Salesforce, for managing sales processes
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service while addressing client needs
- Knowledge of technology sales and technical products is highly desirable
- Experience in outbound calling and warm calling strategies
- Strong business development acumen with a focus on achieving sales targets
- Marketing knowledge to support lead generation efforts
