Job Opening: Receptionist at Tax Office

Type: This position is full-time from January through April to accommodate the busy tax season and will transition to part-time hours for the remainder of the year.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet clients warmly and assist them with check-in
- Answer phones, manage inquiries, and schedule appointments
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Manage filing, scanning, and office supplies
- Provide administrative support to staff as needed
