Unique opportunity to join Rockford’s largest OD/MD practice that cares for 65,000 active patients in a modern 20,000 square foot office. Be part of a team committed to providing the best possible patient care. You will be assisted by technicians, scribes, and refractionists to maximize your efforts. Technicians will obtain history, visual acuities, IOP, among other diagnostic tests on all your patients. Scribes import all findings into the EMR and Refractionists will additionally reduce your workload. State of the art diagnostic equipment and a user configurable EMR (Nextech) are available. Equipment available includes wide field and standard fundus photography, OCT with anterior segment capability, computerized full threshold color vision test, 24-2 and virtual reality visual field testing, Heine wireless indirects, specular microscopy, tonopens, lipiscan, tear production measurements, tear inflammatory markers, corneal topography, A and B scan ultrasound, lipiflow and intense pulsed light treatment for dry eye. Practice to the fullest extent of your license by providing in-depth medical management towards a wide range of pathology along with postoperative management care. You will be working full time in a collegial environment with very experienced Anterior Segment and Retina Specialists.
