What are the responsibilities and job description for the Commercial Lines Account Manager position at Miller-Hartwig Insurance?
We are a growing independent insurance agency looking for a professional and experienced commercial lines account manager. The candidate should be insurance licensed and experienced in handling complicated commercial accounts, and experience with our carriers is a plus. Candidate should be positive, patient, and willing to go the extra mile for our customers. Problem-solving abilities, high ethics, and warmth are key. Hours are 8:00 to 4:30 and include reduced Friday hours in the summer. We offer generous wages, benefits including health insurance and disability, PTO, and new and renewal commission on anything brought in on their own. We offer 401K. Account manager would be in charge of remarketing accounts when necessary, taking claims, doing car changes, answering billing questions, attending in person renewal reviews, developing a rapport with our customers and being easy and gracious to work with.
