Miller, Helms & Folk, PA Firm is currently seeking to hire Customer Service Representatives to Work From Home Remotely. This is a full time position offering medical, dental, vision and 401-K benefits. The Starting hourly wage is $23 - $50 per hour.

Job Description:
- Answer inbound customer calls and make outbound calls following scripts
- Schedule appointments in compliance with schedules
- Provide support to customers, handle inquiries and provide resolutions.
- Reassure customers, and quickly process any customer complaints
- Perform data entry associated with the position.
- Support field services technicians
- Document all transactions completely in multiple programs
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Call Center experience is a plus.
- Must have great customer service skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must have the ability to explain complex issues to customers and provide resolutions
- Must have the ability to multi-task
- Strong data entry skills
- Strict adherence to attendance and punctuality a must
- Must be able to work in a call center environment
