What are the responsibilities and job description for the Production Associate II position at Millman Multimedia?
Summary:
Produce and ship innovative, high quality photographic products using various methods and techniques throughout the production facility. Review of all orders for quality assurance and fulfill/pack orders for shipment. Knowledge of commonly used procedures; requires some previous training. Under general supervision, performs work that is varied and may be somewhat difficult. May exercise discretion in routine situations
Essential Duties & Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: (100% of time)
Skills: All of Level 1 and Level 2 knowledge and competencies plus:

At least 75% cross-trained to other departments

Knows workflow throughout the production facility and understands the impact on downstream tasks

Possesses authorization level (e.g., place on hold, check for quality issues, communicates to management)

Assists with maintaining and repairing equipment

Certified for specific machines (internal or external certification)

Trained on Safety Data Sheet (SDS) for refilling chemicals and/or cartridges in the chemical room (Advanced Level III)

Performs quality and process audits

Trains Level II employees and trainers

Understands and is able to contribute to the full workflow

Able to use office management software (e.g., Google Docs, MS Office)

Has photography or art education or experience.
