- Lead, coach, and hold accountable the BDC team to daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals
- Manage inbound and outbound phone, internet, and text leads to maximize appointment set and show rates
- Develop and enforce scripts, processes, and follow-up strategies
- Monitor CRM activity to ensure proper documentation, lead handling, and response times
- Work closely with Sales Management to align appointments with inventory and sales strategy
- Track performance metrics and continuously improve results through training and process refinement
- Maintain a high level of professionalism, urgency, and customer focus at all times
- Proven experience in automotive BDC leadership or high-performing internet/phone sales management
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- High energy, positive attitude, and strong work ethic
- Self-motivated leader who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- CRM experience required
